What Chamallo is, how to create your account and where to begin.
Chamallo is a CRM: a smart address book that remembers your clients and your sales. What makes it different: it fills itself with your conversations. Your Gmail emails, LinkedIn messages and Google Calendar meetings are filed under the right contact, with no typing.
For freelancers, independent professionals, small businesses and growing companies who sell services, consulting or subscriptions, and have neither the time nor the wish to maintain a complicated CRM.
Never used a CRM? It’s made for you: no jargon, no fields to fill in for the sake of it.
No credit card needed: the trial lasts 7 days.
No password to remember. Two ways to log in from the Login page:
Logging in by code only works for an existing account. For your first access, use Google or the invitation link you received by email.
In five minutes, here’s the order that gives you the most value, the fastest:
Yes. On the last step of the getting-started guide, choose Explore with demo data: a fictional company with its clients, opportunities, meetings and messages fills your workspace, so you can see My day, the Inbox and revenue in action.
To remove it: Settings → General → Demo data → Remove demo data. Only the demo records go (and the notes you added to them); your own contacts and deals stay in place. The same card lets you load the demo again later.
Loading and removing demo data is reserved for workspace owners and admins.
Yes, Chamallo works in your phone’s browser, with a navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. You can also install it like an app: in your browser’s menu, choose “Add to Home Screen”.
Pick the shortcuts of the bottom bar (up to 6) in Profile → Mobile menu.
You need an internet connection: there is no offline mode.
Yes, in French and English. On your first visit, Chamallo uses your browser’s language. The interface language is personal: change it in Profile → Language & sounds, and it follows you on all your devices.
The language the AI writes in (emails, analyses) is set for the whole workspace in Settings → Language & AI, by an owner or an admin.
Know every morning who to follow up with, who to answer, and forget nothing.
It’s your starting point every morning. At a glance:
The Handle in Inbox button takes you straight to what needs your attention.
The Inbox gathers in one place everything that needs action: LinkedIn and Gmail replies from your contacts, follow-ups that are due and meeting reports to write.
You read, you reply by email or LinkedIn without leaving Chamallo, with the contact’s record and deals right next to it. The pink counter in the menu shows how many items are waiting.
If your contact writes to you again in the meantime, the conversation comes back to the Inbox by itself.
With the keyboard: J / K to move between items, E for Done, H to snooze until tomorrow morning.
The Inbox only shows conversations with people who are in Chamallo. That’s on purpose: your newsletters and personal emails stay out of the CRM.
On a contact, company or deal record, set “follow up every…”: 7, 14, 30, 60 days or any number you like.
If nothing happens during that time (no email, message or meeting), the follow-up appears in your Inbox, in My day and in the To do column of the Agenda. You can also set a precise follow-up date on a contact, company or deal.
Yes, that’s the follow-up agent. As soon as a record moves (new message, note, meeting, deal stage), it sets a follow-up date on it if it has none, by reading your conversations: Gmail emails, LinkedIn messages, meetings and their notes, notes and calls.
A date set by the agent shows a purple sparkle on the record, with its reason. It never touches a date or rhythm you chose, and it sends nothing: it only sets the date.
For a specific record, open the follow-up menu and click Ask AI: it suggests a date and its reason, which you apply in one click. The agent can be turned off in Settings → Follow-up agent (owners and admins). It is included in every plan.
Your address book: add, import, organize and find.
A contact is a person (Julie, marketing director). A company is the organization she works for (Acme). A contact is linked to their company, and a company gathers all its contacts, deals and conversations.
In Contacts, the left rail switches between contacts, companies and a dashboard of your address book.
You can import contacts (name, email, phone, job title, LinkedIn, city), companies (name, domain, industry, size, city) or deals, as well as your custom fields.
Yes, in Settings → Integrations & import → Google Contacts: allow access, then Import from Contacts. It’s a one-off import: existing records are completed, never duplicated, personal addresses are skipped and the company is inferred from the email domain.
When importing, a contact you already have (same email) or a company you already have (same domain) is spotted and not created again. From LinkedIn, the extension suggests possible matches with your existing records: you confirm, nothing is linked automatically.
Deals, activities, meetings, messages, follow-ups and tags of the deleted record move to the kept record: nothing is lost.
Merging can’t be undone. Viewers can’t merge.
Good news: there’s nothing to update. The status follows your deals on its own: win a sale and the company becomes a Client; set an end date and it moves to Churn.
They help you decide where to spend your energy:
Ready-made views use them: Decision makers, Hot, Champions, Clients, ICP target… one click away in Contacts.
You can edit or delete a note right in the list. The filter at the top of the activity shows only notes when you need it. It works the same way on a company and on an opportunity.
Yes, in Settings → Custom fields: short or long text, number, date, checkbox, dropdown, multi-select or link. They appear on records, in filters, at import and at export.
Yes. From the company’s domain (acme.com), Chamallo finds its logo and, with Enrich data (AI), can fill in its description, figures, funding rounds, news and the technologies used on its website.
Track every sale, from the first conversation to the signature.
A deal (or opportunity) is a possible sale: “Website for Acme, €4,000”. It moves from stage to stage in your pipeline until it’s won or lost.
It has a client, an offer, a price, a billing frequency, an expected signature date and a probability of success.
You can also change the stage from the Inbox, while replying to a message.
Yes, with Pipeline stages: add, rename and reorder your stages. By default: Prospect, Meeting, Proposal, Won, Lost.
Each stage can have a minimum probability: a deal entering it goes up to at least that percentage. Won is always 100% and Lost 0%. If you delete a stage, you choose where its deals go.
List what you sell in Offers and pricing: a name, a price, a billing frequency. Then creating a deal takes two seconds: pick the offer and the price fills in. The pipeline and revenue can also be read by offer.
A sale outside the catalog? Choose Custom and type the price.
Choose the deal’s Billing:
Once won, a one-off sale can be split into several payments (deposit, balance…): each one counts in its own month. For a subscription, enter the first payment date and, if it stops, an end date.
Each deal has an owner. The Handled by filter (Whole team / My deals) shows your own pipeline in one click.
Each column shows its total, or its weighted amount: the price times the probability of success. A €10,000 proposal at 30% weighs €3,000. The breakdown separates monthly recurring (MRR), annual (ARR), one-off and lifetime.
Know what’s coming in, month after month, and where you stand against your goals.
Your revenue over the chosen period (this month, quarter, half-year, year or custom), against your goal. It’s split into three parts:
You can view it by pipeline, by offer or by month, and filter by team member.
In Revenue, the MRR view shows it month by month: a monthly subscription counts for its amount, an annual one for 1/12 of its amount each month. You also see the subscriptions won and lost each month, and how much each contract weighs.
The flow decides in which month a sale is counted:
In Revenue, open Goals: set an amount per month, quarter, half-year or year, for the whole team and, if you like, for each person. Chamallo then shows how much you’ve achieved as a percentage.
Only owners and admins set goals; others can view them.
Open their won deal and enter an end date (client status “Churned”). Their subscription stops being counted after that date, and the company moves to Churn. Your history stays accurate.
No, and that’s on purpose: keep your invoicing tool. Chamallo tracks your proposals until they’re signed and files each sale in the right month to steer your revenue. It doesn’t track collections or do accounting.
Your meetings linked to the right clients, and effortless meeting reports.
Your meetings are then automatically linked to the contacts and deals involved.
Yes: New meeting, choose the attendees, the duration and a free slot (your busy slots are shown), tick Add a Google Meet conference. The invitation is sent from your Google Calendar, and the meeting is linked to the client or deal.
Yes. Open the meeting: its Google calendar is shown under the time. The trash icon removes it from Google Calendar and from Chamallo, after confirmation. Guests only get the cancellation if you tick Email guests about the cancellation.
The trash icon only appears if you are the meeting’s organizer. A member can only delete from their own Google account; a viewer cannot delete anything.
It lists your current actions: messages to handle, meeting reports, follow-ups. Drag a task onto a free slot in your calendar to schedule it, mark it Done or postpone it to tomorrow.
Every contact, company or deal to follow up appears in the Follow-ups row at the top of the Agenda, on the day its follow-up is planned (Day and Week views), or in that day’s cell (Month view). An overdue follow-up stays visible today, in pink, with how late it is (D+3).
To change its date, drag it onto another day. On a phone, tap it and pick Today, Tomorrow, In a week or another day. Clicking it also lets you open the record.
The new date replaces the one on the record (and its “every…” rhythm, if it had one). The follow-up agent leaves it alone: it is your choice. Viewers see follow-ups but cannot move them. Nothing is written to your Google Calendar.
After a meeting, Chamallo reminds you to keep a record and send a follow-up. The meeting shows in the Inbox and the Agenda until it’s closed (or its report is marked sent or not needed).
Yes, if you turn on transcription in Google Meet: Chamallo fetches it automatically after the meeting. The AI turns it into a clear analysis: needs expressed, fit with your offer, triggers, buying obstacles, and a recommendation.
Chamallo doesn’t record your meetings itself, and doesn’t work with Zoom or Teams.
Yes. Choose the goal (conversion, onboarding, project follow-up, retention…) and the language: the AI drafts an email from the meeting, checked by a second agent. You review, edit and send it yourself.
Yes, with Manage meeting statuses in the Agenda: Open and Done by default, add your own (“Demo done”, “Call back”…).
Your emails and LinkedIn messages filed under the right contact on their own.
To rebuild your address book, Chamallo reads headers (sender, recipients, subject, date). No contact is created without your click.
Not yet: Chamallo connects to Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Meet (Google Workspace included), and to LinkedIn through its Chrome extension. Outlook, Microsoft 365, Teams and Zoom are not supported.

Yes, they go out from your own Gmail and appear in your sent messages. On top of that:
In Settings → Templates: email, LinkedIn, call, WhatsApp or note. Variables are replaced automatically when sending, for example {{contact.first_name}} for the first name or {{company.name}} for the company. The same variables work on every channel.
It connects LinkedIn and Chamallo, without copy-pasting:
Install it from the Chrome Web Store (offered during onboarding), then click Log in in the extension: it picks up your Chamallo session.
To be transparent: the extension reads your LinkedIn data the way your browser would, which LinkedIn’s terms don’t formally allow. Safeguards greatly reduce the risk, without removing it entirely:
Everything is set in Settings → LinkedIn, with a sync log.
My network answers one question: among the people you already know, who should come into Chamallo? Pick a source (Gmail or LinkedIn) and find your contacts, those to import, those already in Chamallo, your richest conversations and messages left unanswered.
Nothing enters your CRM without you: you choose who to import.
No. Chamallo prepares: it reminds you who to follow up with, suggests templates, and can schedule an email you wrote. But every message goes out from your click. There are no mass campaigns or open tracking: it’s a relationship tool, not an emailing tool.
Find your next clients with an AI that checks what it claims.
Prospecting is included in every plan, trial included. Only your credits limit usage: each plan gives some every month (see the Pricing page), and you can buy more.
The ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) is the portrait of your ideal client for an offer: industry, size, situation, buying signals… Chamallo can infer it from your won deals (leaving out unrepresentative clients) or build it with you through an interview.
Yes: on a company record, Find people starts an agent that reads the website (team, contact, legal pages) and suggests names, job titles, emails and LinkedIn profiles. A second agent removes anything that isn’t proven.
An inferred email address is marked “To confirm”: check it before writing.
Credits pay for the AI searches that bring you new contacts:
Every plan comes with credits each month (how many depends on the plan), and you can buy more. Your balance shows in Prospecting (“My balance”) and in Settings → Subscription.
Never. It suggests prospects, messages, a follow-up email after a meeting; you review and you send. Nothing goes out without your click, neither by email nor on LinkedIn.
You don’t need any AI key or subscription: it’s all included.
Chamallo’s AI runs on Google Gemini through Google Cloud, hosted in Europe. Your data is sent only to produce the result you asked for; data coming from Google (Gmail, Calendar) is never used for advertising, in line with Google’s “Limited Use” policy.
Work together on the same clients, each with the right access.
The number of members depends on your plan. If you reach the limit, move to a higher plan.
Yes. A workspace holds a team and its data, completely separate from the others. Create a new one with New workspace at the top of the menu, and switch between them in one click. Each workspace has its own subscription.
Their conversations are on the client records, not in their head: whoever takes over finds the whole history and the open deals. An owner or admin can then remove their access in Settings → Team.
In Settings → General: name, your company’s domain, logo and currency. One currency per workspace.
Connect Chamallo to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or your own tools.
They are two entry points that let other tools read or change your Chamallo data:
Contacts, companies, deals, meetings, activities, offers, goals… almost everything is available.
chm_): it will never be shown again. The Connect an assistant section explains how to set up Claude Desktop, Claude Code or the REST API.
Treat the key like a password. You can revoke it at any time.
The API and the MCP server are reserved for plans that include them (shown as “API & MCP server” in the plan details). Only owners and admins create keys. Each key can make up to 120 requests per minute.
The trial, choosing your plan, credits and your invoices.
7 days free, no credit card needed, with every feature and a few free credits to try prospecting. The menu shows the days left. You then choose your plan: monthly with no commitment, or annual (cheaper).
The app asks you to choose a plan to continue. In the meantime, your data is kept, and Settings stay available (to export your data, for instance). As soon as you pay, everything is back, just as you left it.
Several plans, from the solo professional to teams of several dozen people. They differ by the number of members and viewers, connected Gmail accounts and calendars, monthly credits, and API access. All of them include the full CRM and AI prospecting.
Up-to-date prices are on the Pricing page. Billing is monthly or annual (cheaper). Prices are shown excluding tax.
During the trial, you keep your remaining days: nothing is charged before the end of the trial, the date of the first charge.
During a subscription, a plan change is prorated: you only pay the difference.
Only the workspace owner can change the plan, pay or top up credits.
In Settings → Subscription, Cancel button. The subscription stops at the end of the period already paid: you enjoy it until then. The current period isn’t refunded: monthly means no commitment; annual runs until the end of the year paid.
Changed your mind? While the period runs, Resume subscription undoes the cancellation, with no new payment.
In Settings → Subscription → Invoice history: your latest invoices, downloadable as PDF at any time.
In Settings → Subscription, Credits card, Top up button (workspace owner only): pick a pack, pay by card, and the credits are available right away.
Monthly credits are used first and renew every month (no rollover). Purchased credits never expire as long as your account is active.
Your data belongs to you: where it lives, how to get it back.
Yes. You can export it at any time, and it is neither sold nor shared. Each workspace’s data is isolated: nobody else can access it.
In Settings → Exports: choose what to export (contacts, companies, deals, clients), filter, pick the columns and download a CSV file, ready for Excel or Google Sheets.
In Europe: the app is served from servers located in Europe (Vercel, a European region we chose), the database is hosted in Europe (Supabase) and the AI runs on Google Cloud, in European regions. Access to Google (Gmail, Calendar) is encrypted. Our subprocessors are listed in the privacy policy.
In Settings → Integrations & import, disconnect the integration. You can also remove access from your Google account settings.
Remember to export your data first: deletion is permanent.
Through the chat: the bubble at the bottom right of the screen, or Open the chat in Help & FAQ. A real person from the team will answer. You can also write to hello@chamallo.com.
To answer you faster, the support person sees your workspace (plan, trial, connected integrations) and the screen you are on: no need to explain everything again. Never the content of your emails or messages.
